To many of us exercise is seen as a chore…something we put off, dread, or feel obliged to do.
I challenge you to flip that thinking on its head. What if, instead of thinking of exercise as a slog, we thought of it as a gift. I know, I know, that sounds pretty ridiculous. But hear me out. It is a privilege to move, to run, to lift, to train. There is power in this privilege and I am committed to helping you see it that way. Changing my mindset changed everything for me.
Exercise and training has helped me through the best and worst times in my life. After a series of miscarriages, the birth of my second child and a subsequent redundancy I made the huge decision to turn my career on its head and become a personal trainer.
I am passionate about sharing with others the power of movement and strength to see you through good times, and bad.
